Policies
No-Show / Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any client who no-shows and/or cancels less than 24 hours before their booked service will be charged in full to the card on file.
Deposit Policy:
All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. Deposits will vary according to which service is booked and the length of appointment time.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of my work, I do not provide refunds on services rendered. If you have concerns about your service, please contact me within 48 hours to discuss possible solutions.
Late Policy:
There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to ensure all clients receive their full service time. Total service charges will still apply.
Privacy Policy:
I collect information such as your name, contact, service history, and payment details to enhance service quality and for booking purposes. Your personal information will never be sold or shared and will always be kept private for your protection.
